Board Member for PERT Nonprofit

Help improve employability for Quebec’s English-speaking community by serving on PERT’s Board of Directors. We're seeking passionate individuals with experience in various sectors to enhance our mission.
The Provincial Employment Roundtable (PERT) aims to tackle employment challenges for Quebec's English speakers. As a Board Member, you will have a two-year mandate, engaging in six meetings annually via Zoom, typically scheduled for the last Friday of every second month at 9 am. Additional involvement in committees focused on strategic planning and organizational development is also available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and prepare for six meetings each year
• Engage in strategic planning and organizational decisions
• Contribute to fundraising and grant application efforts
• Collaborate with community and educational organizations
• Advocate for the needs of marginalized communities
