Board Expectations
- Support the CEO and Senior Leadership team in propelling the organization’s Strategic Plan forward.
- Be highly engaged and committed to strategic goals and objectives.
- Provide high‑level oversight to ensure planning and service delivery remains responsive, agile, and progressive.
- Demonstrate integrity, inclusiveness, partnership, and evidence‑based innovation.
- Provide consultation through effective and progressive problem solving.
- Act as a strategic thinker.
- Coach and mentor board members and stakeholders.
- Exhibit visionary leadership.
- Reflect CDRCP’s values.
Terms & Commitments
- Minimum three‑year term (September 2026 to September 2029).
- Serve on at least one Board Committee, typically virtual (approximately once per month).
