Business Development Manager – Talent Solutions (HSBC)
Lead revenue generation by selling HSBC’s Global Trade and Receivables Finance (GTRF) products, including New To Bank (NTB), New To GTRF (NTT), and cross‑sell opportunities. Work closely with the coverage team and product partners to evaluate client portfolios, identify market opportunities, and match GTRF solutions to client needs while ensuring compliance with risk policies.
- Follow up on credit provisions and verify risk documentation accuracy.
- Develop strategies to win new clients and generate income for the Group.
- Promote awareness of GTRF products and market intelligence to Relationship Managers and business communities.
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory, audit, tax and legal implications.
- Support strategic initiatives through content leadership and execution expertise.
