Description
Our client, located in Elora, ON and operating within the Hospitality and Service Industry is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join their Accounting team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting operations through accurate and timely daily accounting, managing payroll and monthly reconciliation reports, and year-end support. This role will report to the Accounting Manager and work closely with the AR and AP team. This role is full-time and onsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger entries, and month-end close.
- Prepare and file HST returns, ensuring timely and accurate remittances.
- Process (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) payroll and issue ROE to employees.
- Complete monthly and year-end intercompany reconciliations....
