• Record & reconcile POS sales and Deposits
• Record & reconcile invoices

Weekly

• Bill pay; help operators manage approval and payment for outstanding invoices
• Organize and distribute tip out and tip pool to staff
• Record & reconcile payroll

Monthly

• Reconcile bank accounts
• Produce monthly income statements and balance sheet
