Position Summary

We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our team! This role will act as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence and delivering above-and-beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.

• Debrief team on key objectives and deliverables;
• Analyze KPI reports and coach team to hit metrics;
• Ensure effective communication with team and store management;
• Create positive brand experience for all stakeholders;
