The Branch Administrator will execute day‑to‑day operational, administrative, and agent‑retention tasks to support the branch’s corporate objectives. The role includes implementing customer service and training initiatives, assisting management with recruitment, and ensuring compliance. Active trading is not permitted during employment in this role.

- Respond to general phone inquiries and distribute incoming paperwork.
- Collect deposit cheques from agents/buyers, prepare receipts, enter deposit information into Lone Wolf, and physically deposit money at the bank.
