Branch Associate

About the Position

The Branch Associate will be responsible for both warehouse duties and customer service duties. The candidate will assist customers in selecting the best Canadian Energy product for their needs, applying product knowledge to offer creative solutions. This role offers exposure to customer service, office administration, invoicing, inventory organization, and warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience at the front counter and by telephone, offering new products and services or consolidating purchases to add value.
• Assist with operations: issue invoices, manage customer accounts in NetSuite, take orders, enter orders, and fulfill them.
• Handle shipping and receiving: label products, prepare shipping documentation, conduct inventory counts, clean and maintain the warehouse. Load and unload trucks/trailers, put away stock, and pick orders as required. <...
