As an Branch Manager, you’ll manage your branch and play a strategic role by guiding your team and helping each member achieve their objectives. With an approach focused on listening and daily coaching, you can help them develop professionally while ensuring the Bank's vision is applied. You’ll be a driving force in the group's success by creating an environment that encourages everyone to perform and develop.

Your leadership and strategic vision will have a direct impact on the results of the Advice Centre and the region. You’ll ensure the effective management of operations, maximizing synergy and collaboration within your team and with internal and external partners.
