Responsibilities

  • Guide, direct, and coach employees to deliver exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and advise on products and strategies that meet their financial objectives.
  • Identify and refer customers to other business groups as appropriate.
  • Support sales and customer service activities to achieve strategic customer experience and profitability goals in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
