Responsibilities

• Enhance the client experience by greeting and welcoming clients throughout all areas of the store
• Connect with clients in a genuine and meaningful way
• Provide clients with advice and knowledge they may not have realized they needed
• Make every client interaction a personal and seamless experience
• Exhibit behaviors that support client satisfaction goals (KPI)
• Boost sales through omni channel and out of home base selling
