Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly, empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

The role is tasked with ensuring preliminary TV guide checks and assigning sports channels in the company’s database. It involves constant regulation and reporting of channel latency across a wide variety of sports—including Football, Basketball, Volleyball, American Football, Ice Hockey, Badminton, and many others. When a broadcast device problem occurs, a remote connection to the device’s operating interface is made to resolve it.
