Job Summary

As part of the Broker Sales Department, the Manager, Inside Sales is responsible for obtaining mortgage business volume nationally from independent brokerage firms and their respective brokers. The role involves providing accurate and up‑to‑date mortgage industry information, supporting the broker community, and influencing business placed at TD.

Responsibilities

• Execute a disciplined sales management process, including planned sales activities, coaching, and ongoing documented summaries and tracking.
• Understand and apply bank and business channel operating policies and procedures, ensuring due diligence for all broker transactions.
