Drive client engagement and support operational efficiency as a Broker Support Specialist. Deliver outstanding administrative and technical assistance to Personal Insurance Brokers to ensure seamless client service.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential support in processing insurance applications and managing client documentation. Engage with brokers and assist in resolving any internal underwriting issues. This role is critical in ensuring that client inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally while adhering to the organization's standards and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process new and ongoing insurance applications
• Resolve underwriting issues in collaboration with brokers
• Document client activities accurately in our systems
• Compile application materials efficiently
• Perform additional administration tasks as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma required; educational background in related fields preferred
