Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support AI‑driven transformation initiatives across underwriting, claims, and operations at a commercial insurance company. This role will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring AI solutions are aligned to real operational needs and deliver measurable value. Day‑to‑day, the BSA will gather and document detailed business requirements, perform gap analysis and process mapping, define future‑state workflows enabled by AI, and partner with QA and delivery teams on testing and validation. The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience on technical projects and excels at translating business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
