Summary This establishes an open continuous announcement for a GS-560-11/12/13 which will be used to maintain eligible/qualified applicants to be considered for current and future positions within the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) This position is being filled under the Direct Hire Authority for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense using hiring authority in 5 USC 9905. Veterans Preference: Veterans preference does not apply under this Direct-Hire Authority (DHA). Responsibilities Reviews, analyzes, edits, and consolidates Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) and/or General Fund (GF, i.e., appropriated) budget submission data along with preparing and analyzing data for budget exhibits, as applicable. Attend briefings and conferences to justify and defend budget estimates, program and resource requirements, and appropriation requests.
