Building Consultant, Restoration

Responsibilities

• Represent owners and clients by providing leadership, oversight, and direction, managing individual and/or multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver full project life‑cycle solutions for clients.
• Manage all facets of a project and take direct accountability for delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality and risk objectives are met and exceeded.
• Interact and coordinate the activities of consultants and contractors, providing direction on behalf of the owner.
• Develop and implement a communication plan, maintain written reports and meeting minutes, and track progress and status of each project.
• Prepare scope of work, request for proposal documents, cost estimates and budget, work‑plan schedule and milestones, quality control procedures, and risk identification.
