Position Summary 
Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the property services in and around all the casino facilities and performing general maintenance duties as required in a fast and efficient manner.
Inspecting facilities for safety hazards; repairing and maintaining as necessary
Perform general building and preventative maintenance with particular focus on interior finishing, including drywall repair and painting
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and make minor purchases as required
Assisting with other general maintenance duties as needed
Completing all work orders, as assigned
Maintaining a high level of professionalism while providing exceptional guest service at all points of contact
Communicate effectively with management at all levels
Performing other duties as assigned or directed
