Building Systems Maintenance Power Engineer

Ensure operational safety as a dedicated 4th Class Power Engineer. Engage in the maintenance, repair, and management of building systems, while overseeing staff activities and related administrative functions.
Serving under the Manager, you will promote safety and quality in facility management. This position includes responsibilities at the journeyman trade level, spanning building demolition, renovation, and construction tasks. Administrative duties are also part of your role, ensuring the effective and safe operation of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and repair building systems proficiently
• Lead and supervise designated staff in tasks
• Participate in construction and renovation activities
• Handle trade responsibilities in various capacities
• Complete essential administrative functions
Requirements:
• 4th Class Power Engineer certificate is mandatory
• At least 2 years of related experience
