Building Systems Supervisor in Ontario

As a full-time supervisor, you will be integral to daily operations and performance of building systems. Collaborating with diverse teams, you will lead efforts that support residents in need of mental health assistance. Your focus on complex HVAC systems ensures all mechanical operations are responsive and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee team members and assign tasks daily
• Ensure compliance with preventative maintenance schedules
• Investigate and resolve complex system problems
• Cultivate relationships with service contractors
• Monitor BAS/BMS systems for necessary repairs
Requirements:
