Business Agility Senior Manager

Role purpose: Business Agility Leads are accountable to leading the implementation and adoption of new ways of operating across the WPB Transformation Portfolio aiming to maximize value for customers and the Business, through coordinating cross-functional teams with focus on embedding tools and the Business Agility framework. Furthermore, they lead preparation and adoption efforts during the implementation phases to guarantee an appropriate commercialization of the solutions delivered.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the introduction of new ways of operating across WPB Portfolio
Promote adoption of Agile Frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) across Business, Technology and Transformation teams
Mobilization of teams to operate within the Business Agility model.
Coaching teams to adopt frameworks, roles and tools related to the new ways of operating.
Design implementation strategies for a proper change adoption of the solutions delivered from the WPB Portfolio.
