Designation: Head – Business Expansion Reporting To: Chief Business Officer (CBO) Key Responsibilities: Drive business growth across assigned regions, products, and channels Own disbursement, portfolio quality, collection efficiency, and profitability targets Manage and strengthen branch and field operations Lead sales planning, market expansion, and distribution development Ensure achievement of business KPIs through effective team management and execution Monitor portfolio health, delinquency trends, and productivity metrics Support the CBO in achieving organisational business objectives Ideal Profile: Extensive experience in NBFC/banking retail lending Strong expertise in sales, distribution, portfolio management, and collections Proven leadership in managing large branch/network operations Strong execution orientation with commercial acumen Ability to scale the business while maintaining portfolio quality Candidates must have prior experience working with a Private Sector
