Description
LeverageTek is actively seeking a Hybrid Event Coordinator / Business Analyst for a 5-month contract with its Ottawa -based customer.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis in Ottawa, with on-site presence at the customer's headquarters as required.
Key Tasks
- Provide end-to-end coordination and operational support for the Data Symposium
- Manage participant communications, including updates, cancellations, and logistics
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including international participants
- Support content development and communications materials for the event
- Track and report on event planning progress and action items
- Gather and document business requirements for ongoing initiatives
