Business Analyst (Insurance Experience)

Zurich Capability Center is looking for a**Business Analyst****Main Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather and document requirements related to insurance products and processes.
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of new solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare clear and concise documentation, including business cases, process maps, and user stories.Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with the various areas involved.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring the correct translation of needs into deliverables.
- Monitor the performance of solutions and identify opportunities for improvement based on data and results.
