Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for a Large retail client in North Vancouver BC. This Business analyst will be tasked with a discovery project as this company looks ahead to expansion in a new country. They will be communicating with diverse business stakeholders in finance, merchandising planning and allocation, supply chain, retail to understand their evolving global data and analytics needs. They will additionally be generating power BI dashboards, and supporting with ad hoc data and analytic requests.
In addition, the BA will:
• Partner with PMs on product discovery: clarify problem statements, assess feasibility, size effort, and shape the MVP for finance analytics products.
• Refine requirements: run stakeholder interviews/workshops, translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Model the data with our architects/engineers: contribute to fact/dimension design and source-to-target mapping; revie...
