CGI is seeking Business Analysts to support ongoing delivery and optimization within a managed services engagement for an Oil & Gas client. This role is focused on understanding business needs, supporting continuous improvement, and enabling efficient delivery of enhancements in a live production environment.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders to capture and refine requirements for enhancements and fixes
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
- Support backlog management and prioritization aligned to operational value
- Analyze and document current and future state processes
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery
- Support testing, validation, and release activities
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
