Business Center Practice Leader - Technical Director

Your Opportunity

As a director-level leader, the BCPL functions as a people leader and technical leader in our Business Center (BC), bridging our business operations and technical execution. E&R is organized into a WIN-DO-MANAGE structure. The BCPL will sit in the MANAGE pillar (the BC) but hold primary responsibility for leading collaboration with the DO pillar (technical execution). The BCPL inspires teams, drives technical practice excellence with support from our Technical Practice Leaders (TPLs), Project Managers (PMs), and Project Technical Leads (PTLs) and holds teams accountable in support of exceptional project delivery. The BCPL reports to the Regional Business Leader (RBL) and is a partner to the BC Operations Leader (BCOL) to reinforce the brand of Stantec while helping our clients, colleagues, and communities thrive.
