Purpose of the Role

The Business Continuity & Cyber Incident Specialist supports the evolution and expansion of LifeLabs’ enterprise Business Continuity Program, focusing on integrating Cyber Incident Recovery across the organization. Responsibilities include refreshing and enhancing Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and Business Continuity Plans (BCPs), and developing a comprehensive Cyber Incident Recovery (CIR) framework. The role helps establish a scalable, sustainable enterprise‑wide program in a hybrid work environment.
