As a Business Development Representative II (BDR II) – Retail, you’ll play a critical role in accelerating vendor success, enabling partners, and driving sustainable growth across assigned retail product lines.

What You’ll Do

Partner & Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with reseller partners and customers, serving as a trusted point of contact for consultations and ongoing support.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads and pipeline opportunities to drive engagement and close business.
  • Profile partner accounts, expand relationships beyond primary contacts, and actively participate in customer account planning and reviews.
