Description

Our company is looking for a Business Developer (Hunter) to drive B2B growth in the automotive and electronics industries. This role is highly proactive, focused on prospecting and opening new accounts in OEMs and Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers in Mexico.

Main Responsibilities
  • Proactively hunt new B2B customers in the automotive and electronics sectors, identifying and qualifying prospects aligned with CELO’s strategy.
  • Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of new opportunities through visits, cold calls, digital prospecting, networking, fairs, and industry events.
  • Open new accounts and lead the full sales cycle: first contact, needs analysis, technical coordination, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Map decision-makers and influencers at target accounts (engineering, purchasing, quality, production) and build strong business relationships.
