Description

Become a vital player in Perseus's M&A initiatives as a Business Development Associate. Based in Toronto, this role is focused on sourcing software acquisition opportunities through impactful relationships.
As part of the Business Development team, you will engage with industry leaders and M&A professionals to develop a pipeline of potential acquisitions. Your expertise in managing relationships and executing strategies will be key in meeting Perseus's M&A targets. Work from a hybrid office and be prepared for occasional travel to meet clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an M&A pipeline using Salesforce CRM
• Meet and exceed predefined M&A sourcing targets
• Collaborate with M&A leadership on opportunity qualification
• Ensure accurate allocation of leads across verticals
• Maintain focus on acquisition opportunities for Portfolio Managers
