Business Development Associate

Vretta is looking for a Business Development Associate to join our growth and partnerships team. This position requires excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and a strategic mindset to identify new market opportunities and support the expansion of our student learning and assessment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential recent clients, including school boards, school districts, private schools, etc.
  • Support the development and execution of outbound sales and partnership strategies.
  • Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, pipeline progress, and partner communications.
  • Assist in creating compelling pitch decks, sales collateral, and formal proposals for prospective clients.
