Mapal Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our GTM-SALES team This role role is a key position in the company's growth strategy. It is exclusively focused on outbound prospecting, within a defined market and ICP, with the objective of creating qualified opportunities for the Sales team. The BDM is responsible for proactively generating pipeline by targeting the right accounts and decision-makers, and by running structured and personalized outbound campaigns. You'll also be responsible of generate a consistent and predictable flow of qualified meetings through outbound activities by: Precisely targeting the defined ICP. Running high-performing multichannel campaigns. Actively contributing to the structuring and continuous improvement of the outbound strategy.
