  RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 Manage the end-to-end process of negotiation and contracting with internal and potential clients when applicable, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation;
 Coordinate and facilitate the logistics of business development activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, and arranging travel arrangements when required;
 Conduct direct sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing client relationships within assigned territories or markets (up to 20%);
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business development tools and resources, such as sales playbooks, templates, and databases, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
