About The Role

Peninsula Canada is a growing provider of HR and Health & Safety outsourcing solutions. We are expanding our high-performing Sales Team and are looking for driven, ambitious Business Development Managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively self-generate new business opportunities, referrals, and appointments
  • Attend appointments booked by the Telemarketing partner as well as self-generated meetings
  • Build strong relationships with referral partners and introducers
  • Deliver value‑based, consultative sales presentations to business owners and senior decision‑makers
  • Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Consistently achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Lead by example in a fast‑paced, high‑energy, high‑reward sales culture
