Business Development Manager, Specialty Solutions

About the role

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager or a Senior Business Development Manager to support our Specialty Solutions team in the GTA.

What you’ll do here

• Develop and implement a business development plan to achieve growth objectives and build business relationships with brokerage firms.
• Participate in the development of the premium budget for your territory.
• Implement business development activities adapted to the realities of brokers, including segmentation and broker profile, and adjust your approach and strategies accordingly.
• Present and sell Intact’s global offer in order to create and maintain interest and proximity for the brokerage network.
• Know the market and the environment in which it evolves; monitor all activities that influence the business relationships of the firms under your responsibility.
