The role:

The Business Development Manager Syndication collaborates with internal and external partners to provide an equipment finance solution to clients that do not qualify as a OneCap client for various reasons. The role oversees the syndication of equipment leasing transactions to partner lenders while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
