About the Role
As the Manager of Business Development & Marketing, you will work closely with sales managers and national sales teams to shape and drive the growth strategy for Linde’s Healthcare business. Your role will be key in spotting and unlocking new opportunities for growth, expanding our market presence, and building sustainable referral and partnership models that contribute to profitable growth. You will also lead the overall marketing strategy and manage all marketing efforts, including media channels, campaigns, and important projects that support our growth and brand positioning. Collaboration is essential; you will work with clinical, commercial, operations, and digital leaders to align growth initiatives with patient care priorities and regulatory standards.
