Responsibilities
- Own pipeline generation across a defined set of target accounts.
- Help shape messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy.
- Partner directly with Account Executives to break into new accounts.
- Play a critical role in defining what good looks like for US go‑to‑market.
- Execute outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate pipeline.
- Book qualified meetings with HR, operations, and people leaders.
- Own account‑based prospecting across key industries and stakeholders.
- Test and optimize messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
- Partner with AEs to convert meetings into revenue and ensure smooth handoffs.
- Contribute insights to refine outbound strategy and drive continuous improvement.
