Decoda Health is hiring a killer BDR

What you’ll actually do

  • Work on outbound campaigns across email, calls, and social
  • Identify high‑value clinics (med spas, aesthetics, wellness, weight loss)
  • Write messaging that gets responses
  • Qualify leads based on real revenue pain
  • Book meetings and create pipeline
  • Keep CRM clean and accurate

You’ll work directly with the head of sales.

This role is not for everyone

  • No inbound safety net
  • No rigid playbook
  • High expectations

If you need hand‑holding, pass.

What we’re looking for

  • 1‑2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar
  • Proven ability to hit or exceed meeting targets
  • Strong outbound skills across channels
  • Clear, direct communication
  • Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup

Bonus if you’ve sold into healthcare or med spas.
