About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Director of International Sales, the Business Development and Sales Manager International Sales will lead Canada Packers’ pork sales efforts in international markets, develop and execute sales strategies, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between Canada Packers Head Office and local teams in international offices, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on corporate strategy.
  • Provide local offices with accurate, market-based pricing benchmarks and margin targets, ensuring global sales align with overall GP objectives.
  • Ensure North Asian market technical requirements are strictly followed at the plant level.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customers’ needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
