Lightyear Media is hiring a proven Business Development Sales Representative to drive new business for our premium digital screens in Times Square.
This is not an entry‑level role. We’re looking for a true outbound hunter — someone who knows how to break into enterprise accounts, engage senior decision‑makers, and consistently generate qualified pipeline.
You will own the top of the funnel and play a critical role in driving revenue by opening doors with top brands across North America & the world.
What You’ll Own
- Full outbound prospecting strategy into enterprise and Fortune 500 accounts
- Direct engagement with C-level, VP, and Director-level decision-makers
- Building and managing a high‑quality, conversion‑focused pipeline
- Turning market insights and company news into compelling outreach angles
