We're looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role supporting regional business development teams, driving growth across our regional offices. You’ll be a trusted advisor and catalyst for innovation—equipping our business development teams with the tools, training, and strategies needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
Job Responsibilities

As a member of the team, you’ll work cross-functionally to strengthen our national BD framework and enable long-term success. Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Collaboration – Build strong relationships with leaders and regional teams, acting as a trusted liaison to align local actions with national goals.

Sales Enablement – Support the design and rollout of sales playbooks, processes, and tools that enhance sales effectiveness, increase broker engagement, and support profitable growth.
