Business Intelligence Intern

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
• Data cleansing of data collected and creation of dashboards for clients
• Support the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and document business requirements
• Help model and map current and future state business processes
• Conduct market or competitor research to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with team members for ad hoc analysis
• Improve and review CRM system based on business needs and requirements

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
