Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Associate Director of ITS, this position plays a central role in enabling data‑informed decision making and digital transformation across the College.
• Leads the analysis, integration and optimization of enterprise information systems including Sparkrock MS Business Central (FIS/ HRIS), Slate CRM, and related institutional platforms.
• Designs and develops institutional frameworks, dashboards, and analytical tools that support operational management and strategic decision‑making.
• Translates complex institutional data into meaningful insights that inform planning, enrollment strategy, financial management, and student success initiatives.
