**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
+ Ability to communicate in English and Finnish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Experience in vendor relationships and agreement management.
+ Experience in providing support for budgeting, forecasting, and purchase orders.
+ Knowledge of local authority requirements to ensure the successful running of the data center.
+ Excellent communication skills.
