Business Performance Analyst

• Analyze and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI
• Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests across offers, landing pages, and user journeys
• Use advanced analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for performance improvement
• Develop customer segmentation and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness
• Build and maintain dashboards to track affiliate KPIs and business performance
• Translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for Marketing, Product, and Technology teams
• Partner with affiliate stakeholders to align performance goals with business objectives

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or similar)
• 6+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing analytics, or performance analysis
