Business Support Analyst, Parts & Service Business Planning

Please note that this role is a 12-month fixed term contract. Responsibilities

Create, analyze, and distribute various reports based on reviews of eComposite, Financial Statement Analysis, Webi, Profit/Loss opportunities, and national & dealer KPI dashboards. Conduct end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, requirements specification, processing, analysis, ongoing deliverables, and presentations. Make business recommendations with effective presentations of findings at multiple levels of stakeholders through visual displays of quantitative information. Track and support monthly continuous improvement (PDCA) activities for the SME group and promote important Honda initiatives and agenda to the dealer network via dealer bulletins, presentations, or dealer care communications.
