The Business Systems Analyst will play a vital role in the successful implementation of Dayforce. This specialist brings a unique combination of technical expertise and subject matter knowledge in Total Rewards (Pensions/Benefits/Compensation) to support the deployment of the new technology. Collaborating with the project implementation teams, they will ensure the system’s seamless integration, gather business and system requirements, and promote the adoption of best practices in solution delivery and design.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Manager, Total Rewards Systems and the Implementation Lead to facilitate the smooth implementation of Dayforce.
- Provide expert guidance on system capabilities, configurations, data infrastructure and integrations with existing systems.
