Business System Analyst - Payments (Host to Cloud)

Position Description:

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in payments, mainframe, and host-based systems to support modernization initiatives, including migration to cloud and ISO transformation.

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office a minimum of 4 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Gather and document business and technical requirements across payments systems (SWIFT, EFT, etc.)
- Perform data mapping, integration analysis, and support system design
- Collaborate with business, technology, QA, and architecture teams for end-to-end delivery
- Support host-based system modernization and cloud migration initiatives
- Contribute to solution design, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance (ISO, FINTRAC, etc.)
- Assist in testing, validation, and release coordination
